1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Umbrella Special Forces Unit® Systems (“USFUGC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all USFUGC-operated services, platforms, applications, websites, communication systems, hosted tools, gaming communities, social platforms, and related infrastructure.

By accessing or using any USFUGC service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all USFUGC services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register or use USFUGC services.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
• USFUGC services may include mature content intended for adult audiences.
• If a user is discovered to be under the age of 18, their account may be terminated immediately without notice.
• Associated data may be deleted, while the registered email address may be retained solely for security and fraud prevention purposes until legal age eligibility is met.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account sharing, impersonation, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify USFUGC immediately of any unauthorized account activity or suspected breach.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination are prohibited.
• Uploading or distributing illegal, malicious, or pirated content is prohibited.
• Phishing, scams, impersonation, and fraudulent activity are prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or attacking USFUGC infrastructure is prohibited.
• Unauthorized bots, scrapers, malware, or automation tools are prohibited.
• Abuse of hosting, storage, bandwidth, or platform resources is prohibited.

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS & SOCIAL MEDIA PROTECTIONS

• Users may not use USFUGC branding or identity maliciously.
• Harassment campaigns, brigading, doxxing, or defamation are prohibited.
• Public conduct on third-party platforms may be reviewed for moderation purposes.
• USFUGC reserves the right to investigate off-platform behavior that negatively impacts community safety or operations.

6. SERVICES & PLATFORM ACCESS

USFUGC may provide access to communication systems, hosted applications, community dashboards, file storage, gaming services, book club systems, and other digital infrastructure.

Access limits, quotas, and available features may vary by account role, service tier, or membership status.

USFUGC reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

USFUGC may integrate with third-party services including Discord, PayPal, Stripe, GitHub, YouTube, and other platforms or APIs.

USFUGC is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, moderation, or data handling practices.

8. PAYMENTS, DONATIONS & REFUND POLICY

• All donations and voluntary contributions to USFUGC are non-refundable.
• Payments for hosted services, subscriptions, or invoices are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated or suspended accounts.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent bans.
• All monetary contributions to USFUGC are optional unless tied to a specific invoiced service.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

USFUGC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or service at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Termination may occur for violations of these Terms, operational needs, security concerns, or conduct deemed harmful to the community or infrastructure.

No refunds or compensation shall be issued following service termination.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All USFUGC services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

USFUGC does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service availability, security, reliability, or data retention.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USFUGC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, service interruption, financial loss, or platform misuse.

12. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUESTS

• USFUGC does not sell user data to third parties.
• User information may only be disclosed when legally compelled under applicable law through valid warrants or binding court orders.
• USFUGC reviews legal requests on a case-by-case basis and does not voluntarily comply with speculative or informal requests.
